Shipping and Returns


We take preorders in advance with an estimated completion/shipping date. We make every effort to meet that date, but delays are possible due to the complicated nature of publishing.


Cancellations of pre-ordered books can be made at any time before the commencement of order fulfillment, for a refund less credit card fees from the original order and any fees required to send the refund, if applicable.


​​Different jurisdictions have different laws surrounding the import of books. Depending on where you live you may have to pay additional fees. These are not shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the collector.


If your book is defective, damaged or the incorrect book was shipped to you, please contact us within 7 days for a full refund or replacement copy. The item sent must be in the same condition it was when it arrived, and the refund or replacement copy will only be issued once it has been received by us. Return shipping costs will be covered by us, but please let us know in advance before shipping anything to us as we may prepare and send you a shipping label to use.

If you are not happy with the book for any other reason we will accept a return within 7 days but return shipping costs will not be covered by us. A refund will only be issued once the book arrives in its original condition, and the refund will be less credit card fees from the original order and less any fees required to send the refund.
