Dragonlance Chronicles by Margaret Weis and Tracey Hickman

“The sun shines now, but already its rays are dimming and night is ahead. It is the same for you, my friends. You will walk through much darkness before morning. But your love will be as a torch to light the way.”

Dragons of Autumn Twilight • Dragons of Winter Night • Dragons of Spring Dawning

We’re over the moon (all three of them, actually) to announce a signed, limited edition of Dragonlance Chronicles, Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman’s New York Times bestselling trilogy.

Centuries after the Cataclysm, the people of Krynn believe their gods have abandoned them. Dragons belong to old tales—until they return at the head of armies sweeping across the continent of Ansalon in the service of the Queen of Darkness.

Against them stands a handful of companions, reunited at the Inn of the Last Home after five years apart: a half-elf reluctant to lead; a knight in all but name; a gruff old dwarf; a kender with sticky fingers; and twin brothers, one a warrior and the other a frail, driven mage. Into their reunion walk two strangers from the Plains, carrying a blue crystal staff with the power to heal—the first sign of divine power Krynn has seen in more than three hundred years.

The trilogy opened with Dragons of Autumn Twilight in 1984, and Dragons of Winter Night and Dragons of Spring Dawning followed in 1985. They were the first of more than 190 novels set in the Dragonlance world, and the series has since sold more than twenty million copies.

For all its dragons, gods, and magic, Dragonlance Chronicles endures because of the companions at its heart. They argue, fail, betray, and forgive one another, and their flaws matter as much as their courage. Raistlin and his hunger for power, Sturm and his unbending honour, Tanis and his divided heart, and all the others with burdens of their own: forty years on, we still think of them as old friends.
