I have to start saying that the book is beautiful. The marbling and the cloth make an exceptional combination.
The short story in itself is very enjoyable, being one of the longest so far. The way it mixes normal with fantasy is very engaging.

The Faery Handbag is a wonderful collection from Kelly Link, whose stories blend fantasy, wit, strangeness, and genuine emotional depth in ways that feel entirely her own. Conversation Tree Press has created a beautiful edition that perfectly complements the imaginative nature of Link’s work. A thoughtfully designed, superbly produced collector’s edition of an exceptional book.

A stunning book.

It is very refreshing to be able to collect these shortstops in the days dominated by fine press offerings ranging from 500 to 1000 dollars. I have all of them, they are delightful to hold, read and own.

This is my 2nd mini book from CTP and they bring me such joy :) I hope more mini books are on the horizon! Love this artist in particular, I was so excited to see she’d be illustrating this one. The marbling is so pretty, and I love the font used & quality of paper & ink is so luxurious.

Beautifully printed quite exquisite

The craftmanship behind the book is what I have come to expect from Conversation Tree Press- Top Notch and captures something of the essence of the story. The story itself is a delight. I will keep buying these short Stop titles as long at CTP produces them.
